Welcome to Glassy. By installing, accessing, or using the Glassy browser extension or the official Glassy website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of Glassy.
1. About Glassy
Glassy is a browser productivity extension developed and operated by Reshen Industries. It provides a customizable new tab experience focused on productivity, organization, and personalization.

2. Accounts
Access to certain features requires signing in with a supported Google account. Your account is used solely to verify your identity and membership status.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Google account and for all activities performed using your account.
3. Free Trial & Lifetime Membership
Every new account receives a 2-day free trial with access to all available premium features.
After the trial expires, continued access requires a one-time lifetime payment processed securely through PayPal.
Lifetime access is granted to the Google account used during purchase and cannot be transferred to another account.
Reshen Industries reserves the right to modify pricing for future users. Existing lifetime memberships will remain valid unless obtained through fraud or abuse.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the payment or membership verification system.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Glassy for unauthorized purposes.
- Distribute unauthorized copies of Glassy.
- Use Glassy for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Attempt to interfere with our servers, APIs, authentication systems, or payment infrastructure.
5. Privacy
Glassy is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your notes, shortcuts, dashboard layouts, and personal workspace remain private and are not accessed or monitored by Reshen Industries.
Account information is used only for authentication, membership verification, payment validation, and customer support.

6. Payments & Refunds
All payments are securely processed by PayPal. Glassy never stores or processes your payment card information.
Because Glassy provides immediate lifetime digital access after successful payment verification, completed purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The included 2-day free trial allows users to evaluate the extension before making a purchase decision.
7. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that engage in payment fraud, abuse, security attacks, unauthorized access, or other violations of these Terms.
Termination may result in permanent loss of membership access where permitted by applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Glassy, including its software, branding, user interface, graphics, documentation, and related content, is the intellectual property of Reshen Industries.
No portion of Glassy may be copied, modified, redistributed, sold, or republished without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reshen Industries shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use Glassy, including loss of productivity, data, revenue, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect service improvements, legal requirements, or operational changes. Continued use of Glassy after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.
