Glassy is developed, maintained, and operated by Reshen Industries. The official Glassy website is Glassy Website .

Glassy is an independent browser productivity extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, PayPal, Supabase, or any other third-party company unless explicitly stated.

2. Service Availability

Glassy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, browser updates, internet connectivity issues, or outages affecting third-party providers such as Supabase, Google Authentication services, or PayPal.

3. Membership & Payments

Every new account receives a 2-day free trial, allowing users to evaluate all premium functionality before making a purchase.

Premium access is unlocked through a one-time lifetime payment processed securely by PayPal. Glassy never processes or stores payment card information.

All payment verification is performed securely through our backend services before lifetime membership is activated.

4. Refund Policy

Because Glassy provides immediate access to lifetime digital features after successful payment verification, all completed purchases are considered final.

The 2-day free trial is provided specifically so users can fully evaluate the extension before purchasing. For this reason, completed lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account and for ensuring that only they have access to their account.

Users agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, distribute unauthorized copies, or attempt to interfere with Glassy's services or payment systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, branding, interface designs, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and other original content associated with Glassy remain the intellectual property of Reshen Industries.

No part of Glassy may be copied, redistributed, modified, or resold without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Glassy relies on trusted third-party platforms to provide certain functionality, including authentication, cloud infrastructure, analytics, and payment processing.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Glassy is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or operational decisions made by those third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reshen Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of Glassy, including but not limited to loss of data, productivity, profits, or business opportunities.

We may update this Legal Notice and related policies from time to time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or service changes. Continued use of Glassy after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
